Orange County Marriage Minister - Wedding Officiators May Not Be Marriage Ministers- Confused?

The Clergy Network Officiator Service - Marriage Minister - Orange County, California - There is some confusion about "marriage ministers", especially in Southern California. Not all "wedding officiators" are "marriage ministers" and not all "marriage ministers" are "wedding officiators" - some presiders can be both! Even though both terms can be used synonymously, they may be different connotatively. Anyone can become a "wedding officiant"on-line without education, screening, competence, etc. These same "wedding officiators" may call themselves "marriage ministers", but they may not really be so.

To a bride and groom, if a "marriage minister" is one that is associated with the Christian faith, then not all "wedding officiators" are "marriage ministers". Moreover, not all "marriage ministers", associated with a Christian church, will marry outside their congregations. So, if confused, and wanting a "marriage minister", (because of your Christian roots), or wanting a "wedding officiator" (because you are not Christian or want a civil ceremony), then contact The Clergy Network for a discussion on your options. http://www.theclergynetwork.com/
